Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons butter

1 & 1/2 sticks of butter
1 cup of confectioners sugar
3 eggs

1. In a double boiler, melt chocolate, cocoa, 2 tablespoons of butter and set aside.
2. Cream 1 1/2 sticks of butter in a large bowl using an electric mixer.
3. Gradually add sugar and blend thoroughly.
4. Completelyy mix in chocolate.
5. Beat in eggs one at a time beating several minutes each.
6. Pour into mousse cup or a prepared gram cracker or Oreo cookie crumb pie shell.
