4C's Chocolate Covered Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup of butter
3 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
5 ounces of semisweet chocolate pieces
11/4 cups of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 eggs
1/4 cream
The great flavor of cheesecake. Now to make it even better try this simple cheesecake recipe with just the right amount of chocolate and then smothered in a rich chocolate glaze
1 In a small mixing bowl mix crumbs with butter (melted). Then press evenly onto the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2 In a double boiler melt chocolate and set aside.

3 In a large bowl of an electric mixer beat cream cheese, flour, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
4 Add melted chocolate and mix until creamy. Add the eggs at one time and mix at a low speed. Once combined mix in cream.

5 Pour batter evenly into spring form pan and place pan on a cookie sheet. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until center begins to set.

6 Remove from oven and allow cake to cool in spring form pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Once cool remove spring from sides and allow to cool 20 more minute. Then cover with Mr. Smith's Chocolate glaze.
